Diversity House are happy to announce that our friends over at Diabetes UK have a new befriending service aimed at supporting people struggling with their diabetes care by connecting them with one of their trained volunteers.
You can get connected through email or phone to one of the ‘Diabetes Friends’ in order to be matched with one of their trained volunteers.
